Automated Equipment Holding Company LLC (AEH), a portfolio company of MSouth Equity Partners LLC (MSouth), announced Friday the acquisition of Rethceif Packaging LLC, a manufacturer of automated form-fill-seal packaging and robotic palletizing equipment.
